Positions and Priorities
As I consider our school system and the challenges facing it, I think it is critical that we focus on the following areas:
o Addressing Immediate Opportunities for Improvement
o Neighborhood Schools
o Long Term Fiscal Sustainability
o Instilling the Culture of a Learning Organization
o MCAS: An Opportunity - Not a Threat
o School Committee and Organizational Management
