It's hot.  Not warm, hot.  HOT, HOT!  What else is hot?  The campaign is heating back up as the dog days of summer wind down.  Of course for those involved in the September 15th primary this is crunch time.  For the rest of us the real action begins after Labor Day and after the preliminary.

That doesn't mean nothing is happening though.  There have been events all summer, some lightly attended, others more active.  I have also been working behind the scenes fundraising and refining my thinking on issues.  Thanks to everyone who has been helping with outreach, suggestions and support!

Last week I was at NewTV a couple of times taping or participating in live broadcasts.  Look for replays of this week's Newton Talks show and I'll try to put some clips up on my web site this weekend!

I am looking forward to September.   Two big events will by the Veracity broadcast on September 17th where Jonathan Yeo and I will be discussing issues together and the Newton Tab Ward 4 School Commitee endorsement meeting.  At the endorsement meeting Jonathan and I will have the opportunity to spend a few hours with the Newton Tab reporters and staff answering questons.  This will be taped as well and the Tab will publish video extracts as well as their eventual endorsement article.
